Through Ministry Development, the Worldwide Church of God lives and shares the gospel by equipping and coaching individuals and churches for participation with Jesus in his GC2 ministry.

The gospel is the astounding good news that all people, in union with Jesus, are included in the love and life of our Triune God: Father, Son and Spirit.

God calls believers to be and to proclaim the good news of this inclusion by participating with Jesus in GC2 ministry - his Great Commandment love, expressed through his Great Commission life.

Ministry Development helps believers participate actively and skillfully in Jesus' loving and living within their world - at church, home, work, school and play: everywhere. "Go out," said Jesus, "and train everyone you meet in this way of life..." (Matthew 28:19, The Message).
