A key MinDev equipping focus is helping GCI ministers and churches journey to GC Next: making disciples with Jesus in all generations, across many cultures, and in new places.

MinDev equips ministers for GC2 ministry with Jesus.

GC2 ministry is what Jesus is doing in the Spirit to help people participate in his Great Commandment-Great Commission (GC2) love and life (Matt 22:37-39; 28:18-20).

This participation is a journey with God...

From union to communion: Making disciples with Jesus.

People waken to the journey as the Spirit helps them believe the good news that the Father loves them, forgives them and has included them in his life in union with Jesus (Eph 1:4-6).

The journey continues as the Spirit leads people into communion with the Father, sharing Jesus' faith, love and hope (1Thes 5:8).

This communion deepens as believers become workers who walk with Jesus (1John 2:3-6) in his GC2 ministry to multiply and mature his disciples through the fellowship of the church.

MinDev equips ministers to help people on this journey with God.
