On the
Angelus question: I personally stop and either
pray on my own, or just wait till the music stops,
as sign of respect for other people's beliefs.
Besides, I think it's one of the nicest traditions
we Pinoys still keep: the offering of a moment of
our time to the Lord (of course, it is not for us
to judge anymore the sincerity/hearts of the
people keeping it). So far, I don't see any harm
in it.

would make the lives of others more complicated..

A friend of mine asked me the same
question just last month. I told him that I don't
have a stand yet regarding the issue (because on
the one hand, it is every person's legal right to
choose their partners and be wed to them), but I
strongly believe that the Lord frowns upon/or
detest such union, and would definitely not
bless/or recognize the marriage. Coincidentally, I
also came upon this verse last month in the Bible,
which my dad showed me this morning, regarding
homosexual relationships: Romans 1:18-32.
It's quite long so I suggest you give it a
thorough reading. I strongly encourage you to read
it. It may help you come up with ideas on a
Christian point of view. God bless!
On the other hand, I thought I'd just
write some of the verses down:
"God's anger is revealed from
heaven against all the sin and evil of the people
whose evil ways prevent the truth from being known
(v.18)... And so God has given those people
over to do the filthy things their hearts desire,
and they do shameful things with each other (v.24)...
Even the women pervert the natural use of their
sex by unnatural acts. In the same way the men
give up natural sexual relations with women and
burn with passion for each other (v.26-27)...
Because those people refuse to keep in mind the
true knowledge about God, he has given them over
to corrupted minds, so that they do the things
that they should not do (v.28)." -- Veejay

Hello ate My, congratz for the
success of your concert. I textd jemabelle nong
