we can never

Pastor Len,
anhi ka CDO for the Feast?:-) hehehe..mangumusta lang ko!
Comment: Hello Maybelle! Thanks for sharing your
thoughts. It's good for teenagers to delay getting into
serious "love" relationships because from what I've seen
over the years, it has ruined a lot of young lives. I'd
say, concentrate on your studies at this time and prepare
yourself for the future. OK ba?
About the
feast, yes I'm planning to visit CDO. I'm still looking
for my airfare... he-he... :) See you all soon! --Pastor

just wanna
share as well.
i know this guy
in school once. he admired one of our friends yet he can't
profess to her his feelings. why? aside from the fact that
he's scared of being rejected, he is likewise putting in
his mind the welfare of the girl. though he wants to court
her but he doesn't think the girl would perform well in
school if and when her attention would be divided. is that
love or what? --Anonymous

Love vs.
Infatuation
(By Nancy Van
Pelt, Compleat Courtship)
Love
develops slowly; Infatuation rapidly Love ends slowly;
Infatuation ends rapidly Love centers one person only;
Infatuation may involve several persons Love motivates
positive behavior; Infatuation has destructive effect Love
recognizes the importance of compatibility; Infatuation
disregards it Love recognizes faults; Infatuation ignores
them Love survives separation; Infatuation cannot Love
controls physical contact; Infatuation exploits it Love is
selfless; Infatuation is selfish Love brings the approval
of the family and friends; Infatuation brings disapproval
Love produces security; infatuation produces insecurity
Love recognizes realities; Infatuation ignores them --morex

is
it love? dude i went through that same emo! the guy was my
best friend in college...hehehe ...is it love? it started
out with out much funfare until second year...as for me
and my bestfriend, he never knew i had the thing for him
back then..that i dared to wear girly stuff bec of him,
until now... he said he "loved" me but i didnt jump into
it as much as i wanted to...i knew it wasn't the right
time for us, we were still in school, and being kids we
were still fickle minded... we'd end up wasting
everything... my friends say its the "pang Maalaala Mo
Kaya" stuff... was it love? i dunno but here's my two
cents worth...sometimes the definition of "love" in a
worldly context can be real confusing but for us
Christians what matters most is what pleases GOd right?
and if when it comes to the God's will part? i assume you
two are still in school...His will is for you two to focus
on your studies, cultivate your relationships with HIM,
achieve what He has in store for you two, help spread His
word, my friend focus on Him for now... Fix your eyes on
Jesus. I'll be praying for you. ;-) --Anonymous

To
the guy who just regained half of his soul and is looking
for the other half: First and foremost, you don't need
need to look for the "other half" for the soul that was
given to you by the Lord is a one, whole, and blessed
soul!:) hhmm.. is that love? nobody knows except for you
and the Lord. what you can do now is befriend that person,
know her, and pray for her.. plus..if you think she's
weary and is carrying a huge cross on her back, just pray
for her..wag magpaka-hero at kargahin ang krus
nya..because remember, you also have your own cross to
carry. just be happy and say to yourself.."nagbibinata na
ako!" hehehe. God bless, dude!:) --te Kai

I need help...
I dunno,
there's this girl, who I reeeeally admire not for her
looks, but for something else... (her looks are a bonus :)
What something
else, you say? Well...
She's driven,
active in school, reeeally nice, very humble, very
talented. I still have to find fault in her, but if I
will, chances are I'll just love it like all the others.
She always has
a good word with her peers, but a part of her seemed
always distant. Somehow, I can relate to that... It's as
if our two wandering gestalts meet everytime we cross each
other's path...
She's wierd.
She's unlike anyone I have ever met. When I first saw her,
she was just another face in the crowd, but, when I met
her...
She, I think,
is weary. Yet she moves on. She inspires me. I want to
know her.
I wish the
world that her cross was mine, so she could rest.
There's no
butterflies in the stomach, no lustful thoughts. No
sleepless nights. She does not pervade my mind... shes...
I dunno... She's just... there.
I'm afraid to
lose her, but am willing to let her go if that is the will
of God...
And I pray to
God, Lord, please let her dreams come true...
I dunno... Is
it love? --A guy who just regained half of his soul and
is looking for the other half
