On "signs": I honestly find 'asking and watching for signs' quite tricky. There's a huge probability you may be only looking at coincidences or instances which seems to fit the picture but have no 'divine' link at all to your exciting happenings. :) Well, if such is the lesson these 'signs' taught you then I suppose it's all right. But me thinks the 'signs' weren't necessary. It was your conscience, or the Holy Spirit, which took hold of your thoughts and changed/corrected your frame of thinking. :) You can always look at it that way.

hi! i would just like to post a funny experience i had this week with God...and i hope a lot of youths would learn what God has taught me. let me just hide my identity since this is quite embarassing for my part. To those whom i have already shared this story, please wag nyo ako e

so, this how the story goes....
we had a male visitor who stayed with us in our home almost a month. i've been a christian for quite long time but still my being human emerges from time to time. a couple of days since he arrived, i've been criticizing how he act and truely i am ashamed of what i did. days before he left, i've been touring him around the city since my brother (who was his real friend from the start) left him and went to negros for a job. as a good host, i brought him with me wherever i go so he won't feel neglected. one night, when we went night swimming with my high-school
bestfriend, my classmate was teasing me alot to him. it didn't really bothered me at first then something came up to my mind. it came up to me the "what ifs"...what if i end up marrying this guy someday?!!!? isn't that embarassing that now im criticizing this man and then someday i might end up marrying him?!? making sure im not going to end up with this guy, i prayed to God to give me signs to know if he is the one or not. you know what happened? God gave to two positive signs! i freak out
ofcourse! then i prayed again and read the bible. i realized that even God gave me those positive signs, it doesn't really mean that im ending up marrying him. God gave me those signs so i would realized that i should not criticize anyone because first it isn't good and we have our own weaknesses too to look at. God gave me those signs so i would realize that my future life-time partner has also weaknesses.
whenever i recall my experience this week, it always gave a smile on my face realizing that God sometimes gave you a hillarious way of correcting you!
isn't He the God of laughter?!?

Just dropping my warmest hi. I recognize some of you here from the 'late' YSU (Youth Seeking Understanding) Forum, and I'm glad to see you all here.
Well you see, YSU is now close but I opened a new youth site last Thursday.

YSU was a project given to me by Pastor Len. Its target are the youths from SEP. It ran for almost 2 years (I lost count really-
hehe) but when I got busy I failed to update it regularly.
But now, I rededicate myself to this ministry and tada.. a new site is born.
My target for LastSubject are the students inside the Inet Cafes. That's why its called LastSubject since I observe that right after class these students plunge directly to nearby cafes. Its their last subject.
I tried my best to make this site secular. But with the Gospel hidden in small packages inside it.
LastSubject features Tools for Students, Movie Reviews, MP3 Downloads, Funny Videos, Flash
Toons, Polls, Forum, Extraordinary Websites, and those hillarious ones... and I would say more.
Hope you can visit my site someday, and make it your LastSubject.

Of course andyan muna ang feast. Dito sa Visayas medyo excited kami kasi Visayas wide na rin ang feast tulad sa inyo last year.
Sir Len, totoo ba yon na every other year nalang ang Mindanao-wide na feast and in between maraming sites according sa mga location sa Churches?
Very reasonable po and idea na 'yon. in that way di masyado malaki ang gastos every year
tapos. Di maprepressure and ibang members na pumunta sa malayo na feast site.
Sana ganon na rin ang setup dito sa Vis. Alternate na may Eastern-Central-Western feast sites tapos 1 site
pagkatapos...Ü

Hello there from the Visayas. Thanks for dropping by. Actually, walang
definite plans. We were just thinking about it. What is definite is that for
this year, we have two festival sites for Mindanao. That is, Cagayan de Oro
and Davao. Last year, talagang medyo malaki ang perang kinailangan. This year,
medyo makakaya naman kasi dalawang maliliit lang na sites. Medyo affordable
para sa lahat. Davao will be on October 23-24 while Cagayan de Oro will be on
October 29-31. Pwedeng-pwede na mag-attend sa dalawang sites if you like. I
plan to do just that para enjoy.
