Lafayette Adams gets football scholarship

Youth Lafayette Adams.jpg (11429 bytes)CHARLOTTE, North Carolina—Anthony Lafayette Adams Jr. was blessed with a four-year football scholarship Feb. 6 to Western Carolina University, where he will major in business marketing and play football. Lafayette graduated in June from North Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte. He is the son of Azara Ratliff, and both he and his mother are members of Church of the Living Waters, the Worldwide Church of God congregation in Charlotte.
