UCKLAND, New Zealand—A festival will take place in Wellington, New Zealand, Sept. 21 to 28.The registration fee is $100 per wage earner. Passports are required for international visitors. Visas are not required for most visitors, but it is suggested to check with the nearest New Zealand consulate.
Wellington airport has flights from Australia and connecting flights through Christchurch and Auckland from other international destinations.
