Buford, Georgia,
takes part in annual
Thanksgiving service

BUFORD, Georgia—Buford Church Fellowship, the WCG congregation in Buford, participated in an inspirational annual Thanksgiving service with 14 other churches, all members of the Buford Ministerial Association, on Tuesday, Nov. 25. About 500 people attended the service.

The service began with a combined choir with more than 100 participants. Jennifer Nelson, a Buford Church Fellowship member, participated and performed special music for the service.

The welcome and opening prayer were given by Terry Cohron, co-pastor of Buford Church Fellowship. The offertory prayer was given by Steve Woods, from the United Methodist Church. The keynote address was given by Father Fred Wendel of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church. The service was closed in prayer by Cicel Campbell of the Buford Church of God.
