MELBOURNE, Florida—On Christmas day, a group of 15 members and Pastor Steve Schantz descended on the home of Joyce Bailey, a deaconess, where Joyce and her daughter, Allison Bailey (also a member), had prepared 99 meals for delivery that morning.
This is part of a Meals on Wheels program in Brevard County that the Melbourne congregation has participated in for more than six years.
Several members from the New Beginnings congregation in Orlando also participated this year.
