Building Dedication
Joseph Tkach, chairman of the board of regents, speaks at worship services Dec. 23 in Big Sandy. During services Mr. Tkach formally dedicated the Ambassador University administration building as the Joseph W. Tkach Hall of Administration, in honor of his late father. Evangelist Herman L.
