We are finalizing negotiations for a site in the Davenport-Bettendorf, Iowa, and Moline-Rock Island, Illinois area, known as the Quad Cities.
Activities include water-based outings and sports, many museums and historical attractions. A visitors guide was mailed to pastors.
Greece will be a Feast site again this year. The Greek site includes visits to the ancient sites of Athens, Corinth and Delphi. In the past five years the Greek Feast has featured visits to the Acropolis, the Athens Archaeological Museum, the panorama of Sounion, prehistoric caves and a day trip by ship to nearby islands.
If this year's group can be kept to around 100 people, thus guaranteeing better mobility, we hope to add new areas of educational interest.
As prices are being negotiated to make this year's trip more affordable than in any previous year, those interested can place their names on a list as prospective guests. They will receive details when they are available.
