Church members serve on summer Ukraine mission

Eight WCG volunteers participated in a mission outreach program in Khust, Ukraine, May 26 and July 22.

They participated in weekly hymn sings with students; small group prayer meetings; visits to orphanages for the Children of Chernobyl as well as other disabled children; monthly evangelism programs; and community service with students.

The volunteers were Jon Kost, Nadia Kubik, Nat O'Reilly, Craig Schrum, Becky Van Lanen, Sarah Van Lanen, Tonia Weik and Michelle West. Craig and Tonia will stay until the spring of 1998.
