The Summer Educational Program (SEP) is making plans for a great camp session July 14 to 30 in Orr, Minnesota, and we have accepted more than 200 campers.
We hope to have an adult and high school volunteer staff of about 120 people to help fulfill the mission of SEP, which is to promote Jesus Christ and his way of life to at least 280 campers this year.
Space is available for about 80 more campers to attend SEP. In the past, female camper applicants have outnumbered males, so we are especially looking for guys 13 to 18 to apply, although we are delighted to have female applicants as well. The cost for the 17-day session is $545.
We also are looking for adult staff and high school volunteers to serve in food services, custodial, grounds maintenance and other service areas. We also need a registered nurse.
Since the Orr facilities were built for Ambassador students, our housing is best suited for unmarried staff. Please apply as soon as possible. The deadline is May 1.
