Wayne and Barbara Pollak of Waverly, New York, and Anthony Campanella, and Roseanne Casamassima of Staten Island, New York, are happy to announce the marriage of their children Kristina Cadra Pollak and Jeff Richard Campanella. The ceremony was performed by Ross Jutsum Sept. 27 in Binghamton, New York. Jessie Lynn Pollak, sister of the bride, and Catherine Penn were maids of honor. Christopher Campanella, brother of the groom, and Christopher Marrow were best men. The couple will live in Dallas, Texas.

Joanne Hutchison and Jim Villiers were united in marriage Oct. 12 in Sydney, Australia. The ceremony was performed by Terry Villiers, father of the groom. Karen Richter was matron of honor, and Shaun Carnochan was best man. The couple live in Auckland, New Zealand.

Letitia Ann Meade, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dempsey Meade of Hazard, Kentucky, and Michael Warren Swanson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Swanson of Worcester, Massachusetts, were united in marriage July 19. The ceremony was performed by Bill Ford, pastor of the Worcester, Massachusetts, church. The couple live in Millbury, Massachusetts.

Linda Gayle Frick, daughter of Leon and Caroline Frick of Lexington, South Carolina, and Stephen John Zavocki, son of Steve and Diane Zavocki of Kintnersville, Pennsylvania, were united in marriage Aug. 31 in Dallas, Texas. The ceremony was performed by Arnold Clauson, pastor of the Dallas North church. The bride was attended by Wanda Bradford, Brandy Hinton and Leslie Mylchreest. The groom was attended by Ron Ongley, Clyde Dicks and Mark Frick. The couple live in Lewisville, Texas.

Lloyd and Doris Ann James of Sacramento, California, celebrated their 25th anniversary Dec. 9. They have two children, David and Stephanie.

Bob and Randena Roller of Claremore, Oklahoma, celebrated their 35th anniversary Oct. 26. Mel and Ilona Deraas of Duluth, Minnesota, celebrated their 40th anniversary Oct. 4 by renewing their marriage vows. They were attended by their six children, Steve, Michelle Carlson, Mike, Clint, Robin Clary and Loretta Bushlack.

Bill and Anita Dutton of Mountainside, New Jersey, celebrated their 25th anniversary July 23. They have six children (one deceased), Diane Schur, Jeffrey, Eric, Felecia Schur and Douglas and Steve Carey; two sons-in-law, Michael Schur and Daniel Schur; one daughter-in law, Jerilyn Carey; and three grandchildren, Gary Gretsky, Candace Schur and Johnathan Schur. They serve as deacon and deaconess in the Union, New Jersey, church.

Anniversaries Made of Gold

Leonard and Mary Border of Cowes, Isle of Wight, celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary May 31. They have two daughters, Jennifer and Diane; a son, Stuart; two sons-in-law, Ray and Melvin; a daughter-in-law, Sheila; and five grandchildren, Nicholas, Richard, David, Peter and Anthony.

Curtis and Angeline Murray of LeRoy, New York, celebrated their 50th anniversary Dec. 6. They have one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Paul Stoll; one son and daughter-in-law, Curtis Edward and Debra Murray; two grandsons; and one granddaughter.

CLAUDE & JEWEL CLENDENING

Claude and Jewel Clendening of North Battleford, Saskatchewan, celebrated their 50th anniversary July 15. They have one daughter and son-in-law, Natalie and Ken Menzel; five sons and daughters-in-law, George and Arleen, Don and Joan, Bill and Ann, Ritchie and Toni-Lynn, and Todd and Sheri; and 15 grandchildren. Claude serves as a deacon in the Battleford church.

Gerhard and Hilde Obermeit of Sarasota, Florida, celebrated their 50th anniversary Aug. 2. They have five sons, Horst, Eric "Zeke" Klaus, Tony and Hans.

FLORENCE FREEMAN

FREEMAN, Florence, 91, of Russellville, Arkansas, died Oct. 15. She was preceded in death by her two husbands and four sons. She is survived by eight daughters, 26 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

GALL, Theodore A., Sr., 91, of Marion, Virginia, died Nov. 8. He is survived by one son, Arthur; one daughter, Rebecca Sukle and her husband, Vincent; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

PRATT, Reta Mary (Martin), 90, of Victoria, British Columbia, died Dec. 11. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert.

ALLIN, Clifford Ernest, 82, of Wrexham, North Wales, died July 21. He is survived by four sons, Brian, Terry, Victor and Howard; daughters-in-law; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and other relatives.

ROBINSON, Harold, 82, of the Bradford, England, church, died June 15. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; a brother, Norman; and a sister, Mary.

PELLAR, Michael, 79, of Sterling Heights, Michigan, died Nov. 30. He is survived by his wife, Mary; and two sons. He was a local church elder.

MARBUS, Leon, 73, of Penrith, Australia, died Dec. 17. He is survived by his wife, Alice; two children, Silvia and Corrie; four grandchildren, Donna, Deborah, Christopher and Michael; and a granddaughter, Zoe.

AKEHURST, Sheila, 72, of London, England, died May 3. She is survived by her daughter, Lorraine; a son, Michael; a daughter-in-law, Kim; and six grandchildren, Christina, Stuart, Michael, Dorriana, Tanya and Daniel.

SUMMERS, Lois, 70, of Canton, Ohio, died of cancer Sept. 28. She is survived by her husband, John; a daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Mark Sutton; a son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Peggy; a grandson, Erik; four brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.

JOSEPHINE PEPE

PEPE, Josephine, 69, of the Union, New Jersey, church, died of heart disease July 23. She is survived by her husband, Louis; a son, Raymond; and a daughter, Belinda Chisarick.

WELCH, Walter, 69, of the Plymouth, England, church, died of cancer Dec. 1. He is survived by his wife, Valerie.

DALY, John Arthur Llewellyn, 68, of the North London, England, church, died July 26. He is survived by his wife, Retinella; two sons, Eisen and Samuel; five brothers; and three sisters.

ALDEN, Norah, 63, of the Bristol, England, church, died of brain cancer Nov. 26. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon; two sons, John and David; and three grandchildren.

LANCE, Clyde, 59, of Roanoke, Virginia, died Sept. 18. He is survived by his wife, Beverly; a daughter, Tamara Campbell; three sons, Clyde, Benjamin and Jeffrey; four brothers; two sisters; and three grandchildren.

BANNON, Thierry Rene, 32, of Thunder Bay, Ontario, died Oct. 21. He is survived by his wife, Leslie; three children, Matthew, Jessica and Lindsey; parents, Rene and Lorraine; his sister and brothers; and other family members.
